FAQs from category Built-in ladder:
The load capacity of stainless steel ladders is a maximum of 150 kilograms.
Please remove the ladder after each use. An incorrectly adjusted pH value or too high a chlorine value can cause rust to form in a very short time. If you operate your pool with salt water, you will need a zinc plate, which is used for equipotential bonding for ladders in connection with salt water systems. Salt water and salt water vapours can otherwise cause the material to rust.
The maximum load weight must not be exceeded.
Stainless steel pool ladders are rustproof, but not rust-resistant. When using pool ladders in a salt water pool, a zinc plate should always be used. The zinc plate serves as potential equalisation for stainless steel ladders in connection with salt water disinfection. It prevents rusting and helps prevent corrosion of your stainless steel ladder.
Mounting the zinc plate (art. no. 018259): Screw the zinc plate to the outside of your stainless steel ladder. The installation must be done on the inside of the pool and below the water level. Make sure that the zinc plate is renewed every season.
If the zinc plate has already attracted a lot of rust particles, we recommend replacing it. It is recommended to replace the zinc plate every season.
An incorrectly adjusted pH value or too high a chlorine value can cause the rusting in a very short time.
