Runs on 3 x AA batteries and button cell CR2032 (not included). When using in a pool, should be no more than 25 cm under the surface of the water, in order to allow switching on and off using the remote control. Suitable for above-ground pools with vinyl liner or steel walls (wall thickness max. 0.5 mm); attachment is by means of the magnet included.
