Good to know: For the right choice, pool shape, pool size and desired material thickness are especially important. Classic solar covers are well suited for everyday use in summer. The Plus Ultra models are the right choice if you are looking for a particularly robust solar cover with stronger heat absorption and high material thickness.

Using a solar cover correctly

Solar covers are placed directly on the water surface. The air bubble side should face down towards the water, while the smooth side faces up. If necessary, the solar cover can be trimmed with scissors to fit the individual pool shape and size. Before swimming, the solar cover should always be removed completely.

For larger pools or particularly convenient handling, a solar cover roller can be useful. It makes rolling the cover on and off easier and helps keep the solar cover stored neatly. Make sure the rolled-up solar cover is not exposed to direct sunlight for long periods in order to protect the material.

Note: Solar covers are not suitable as winter covers or safety covers.
