Frequently asked questions for Manual pool cleaning:

These telescopic poles as well as the connections are standardised throughout Europe. You can also use a telescopic pole from our company with a third-party brush and vice versa.

Why manual pool cleaning?

Every system needs maintenance. In order to maintain or restore the water quality of your pool, it is necessary to use chemical and mechanical pool maintenance - this includes chemical water treatment agents and a powerful filter system - as well as manual or automatic cleaning. While automatic pool cleaners such as self-propelled pool robots remove dirt largely independently, manual cleaning requires your intervention. The purchase costs for complete cleaning sets or individual aids such as pool brushes are very low.

For the different components of your pool you need the appropriate cleaning aids:

You can use a landing net to remove coarse dirt such as leaves, leaves or insects from the surface of the water or sunk material from the ground.

Pool and corner brushes are suitable for cleaning the floor, the pool and the corners. Dirt easily collects at the corners and must be removed to maintain water quality and prevent the growth of algae, for example, which can cause slippery walls. Cleaning kits for manual handling contain the basics for cleaning your pool.

Basic cleaning set

With the basic cleaning set you have all the necessary components for manual cleaning of your pool.

The basic cleaning set includes a 4-part telescopic rod with a length of up to 220 cm, a thermometer for optimum temperature measurement, a pool brush with a width of 25 cm for optimum cleaning of the pool, the ECO leaf net for removing coarse dirt from the water surface and the bottom and a double pack of hand scrubbing brushes, each consisting of two different surfaces that are specifically used for different types of dirt. The Duo vacuum pool cleaner is based on the Venturi principle. Air flows in through an opening, which is accelerated at the narrowing point, creating a vacuum that draws in the liquid, so to speak.

The vacuum pool cleaner is connected to a garden hose, which must have a minimum water pressure of 2 bar, at the connection point provided. The incoming water forms a so-called water roller on the underside of the vacuum pool cleaner, which swirls up the dirt. The attached dirt bag of the vacuum pool cleaner catches the dirt to be removed, which you empty after each cleaning.

Cleaning set with landing net and Venturi vacuum cleaner

The cleaning set consists of a landing net for removing dirt from the ground or water surface, the Venturi vacuum cleaner, which takes its name from the way it works - the Venturi principle - and an aluminium telescopic pole with a maximum length of approximately 240 cm that can be used for both the landing net and the vacuum cleaner.

The Venturi principle is easily explained: a vacuum is created by sucking air through an opening and passing it through a narrowed area. This accelerates the air and creates a vacuum. Liquids are sucked in with the negative pressure and combine with the air. The mixture is discharged again via a growing point. The vacuum pool cleaner is connected to a garden hose with a minimum water pressure of 2 bar for cleaning. A connection piece is provided on the head section. After the water tap has been opened, a so-called water roller forms on the underside of the vacuum pool cleaner. This whirls up the dirt and transports it directly into the attached dirt collection bag of the vacuum pool cleaner.

Cleaning set Deluxe

The cleaning complete set is suitable for INTEX pools with a filter pump capacity of at least 3028 litres per hour. The components of the set are a leaf or bottom net, a pool brush, an aluminium telescopic pole with a length of 279 cm, a suction hose with a length of 750 cm, which is designed for 32 mm connections, and a vacuum cleaner with integrated filter sieve. Castors on the underside of the vacuum pool cleaner ensure easy cleaning and at the same time provide even contact pressure of the cleaning brushes. After cleaning, the trapped dirt can be easily emptied.

The plastic used in the components of the Deluxe cleaning set is resistant to both chlorine and salt water and can therefore be used for all types of pools.
