Terms and methods of payment

When you shop in the Steinbach online store, the general terms and conditions apply. 

Payment methods

You can pay by PayPal, credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard), purchase on account (Unzer), instant bank transfer (Klarna), EPS bank transfer or Apple Pay. Please note that in selected countries we only offer the payment methods PayPal and credit or debit card. The full selection of payment methods is only available for Austria and Germany.

Purchase on account

Purchase on account is processed via our payment service provider Unzer. Instructions for paying the invoice will be sent by Unzer by e-mail. Please only use the bank details and payment references given there. The payments from Unzer are read automatically and can therefore only be assigned with the correct payment reference and the correct amount. If these do not match, the amount may be transferred back. If you have any questions about this, please contact the Unzer customer service directly.

We offer purchase on account from a purchase value of € 50,- up to a maximum purchase value of € 3.500,-. 

PayPal

After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to complete the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited directly. Please note that when paying via PayPal Express, your address details will be taken directly from your PayPal account. If these are incorrect, we cannot guarantee correct delivery of the goods.

Instant bank transfer

Pay with the online payment service Sofortüberweisung via online banking (offered by Klarna). After completing the order, you will be automatically redirected to the Sofortüberweisung page to complete the payment.

Finalizing your order

Before submitting the order, please check all the contents of the order form by clicking on the button "Order with obligation to pay" and change them if necessary before placing the order. As your order is automatically processed and made ready for dispatch, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it after the order has been completed. It is also not possible to change the billing or delivery address at a later date. Please use the contact form to contact our customer service.
