1. Filter stage

Water flows into the sand filter, it is filtered in the quartz sand filter, then the water flows into the zeolite filter, located in the middle of the holder.

2. Filter stage

Filtering the water in the zeolite filter. The water goes into the side walls of the zeolite filter, where it is filtered and led into the middle of the filter. From here, the clean water is sent on to the clean water tank. Here the water can also be disinfected by addition of UV light (optional).

The material zeolite has an extraordinarily large inner surface, in part well over 1.000 m²/g. This makes it very suitable for a variety of technical applications, and in particular, water filtration.

Back wash function

With filter cleaning by means of the back wash function, pool water is forced across the clean water chamber from below into the sand area. This forces any contaminants located in the sand upwards, and pumps them into the channel through the 7 way valve.
